Booked a room with many amenities. Had a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator at our disposal. The location turned out to be favourable, right by the desert and Needles and the train line.

The support staff were wonderful at this hotel. One of the friendliest places we were at during our vacation. The room was clean and the pool area was very nice.
I didn't care for the front person telling me what "a great deal" we got. She sounded like it bothered her. She coughed and hacked and told us how they had to shut Booked.net down for offering too good of rates during the Laughlin rally. We were charged an extra $53 in taxes and "cleaning/damage" fees. Not quite sure what the cleaning/damage fees were for. We didn't have them clean for the 4 days we were there. And we didn't damage anything. Nice hotel, hidden fees too high.

Wasn't expecting much in this little town but was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, comfortable with fridge and microwave. A/C worked great as it was HOT! Staff was very friendly. Would stay again if passing through.

Overall it was very clean facility, I have no complaints at all. Air conditioner was awesome, cooled the room in no time. Considering it was 110 degrees F outside, the beds were comfy and clean. Would stay here again.

The breakfasts at friendly Giggling Cactus. Really great building, excellent location so close to a baseball tournament nearby, and rail road. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Santa fe Park. My favourite property in Needles.
